All fields are open.

County Games will generally be played in a drizzle. However, if a ref cancels a game on a field, please call Alan Lang (410-336-9745) so we can post that info on web site and try to notify other MRS teams who may be playing there.

We need to notify AAYSA if any Lakeshore fields are closed.

If we have a thunderstorm, the refs are supposed to clear the field when hearing thunder or seeing lightning. Then, the fields must stay clear until 30 minutes have passed without any more lightning or thunder.

Weather related cancellations will be posted as quickly as possible.

Coaches/parents please check the AAYSA schedule before each game. Schedule should be checked each and every week up to 4:30 pm for Friday games and 10:30 am for Sunday games. If not enough players arrive at a game because the others went to the wrong location, the team will forfeit and will have to pay the ref fees for both teams. Updated 03/25

At the County web site, you can subscribe to a service that will send you a text message to your cell phone announcing cancellations of recreational sports.

If EITHER site states that soccer is canceled County-wide, then all County games are canceled. It is possible that cancelations will only occur at a few fields and the remainder of the games will be played as scheduled.

In general, games will be played in a light drizzle.

Decisions regarding Mountain Road Clinic (Intramural) Games will be posted only at this website, but generally if the County games are playing, the Clinic games will be played and if County games are canceled, the Clinic games are canceled.

Cancellations for County games should be posted by 4:30 for Friday night games, and 10:00 for Sunday games, but late arriving storms may cause cancellations to be made later and could be made after those with the first game need to leave.

If games are canceled by refs due to weather, please call Gene Perry AND Alan Lang ASAP.

Mountain Road Soccer has initiated mandatory evaluations for ALL County players.

Fall Coaches will be evaluating all players, so they are placed on appropriate teams that match their skill level.

Walk-up Registration Dates

Mountain Road Soccer will hold two walk-up registration sessions.

They are May 19th and May 20th from 10:00 a.m. - 12 noon at the Woods Road / Lake Shore Complex (863 Woods Road, Pasadena, MD)
