On Friday, April 23, MRS Soccer hosted a fundraiser at Bruster’s Ice Cream Emporium. The turnout was OUTSTANDING, the weather was perfect, and the ice cream’s excellent taste was surpassed only by the quality of service. Service at the customer windows was provided by volunteers from the MRS Strikers and raffing tickets and marketing (in the parking lot) was performed by volunteers from the MRS Bulldogs. 

The fundraiser included ice cream purchases, coupons books and raffle tickets. In total, the event generated a total of $518 to be used towards our "Summer Skills Clinic" in August. We still need to raise an additional $2,000 in order to fund the entire clinic. The goal is for the clinic to be free for MRS players.

Future fundraisers in May will include a MRS carwash and Family Night at the Texas Roadhouse. Thanks to all parents and participants for supporting MRS’s goal to provide a quality soccer experience for the residents of Pasadena. A very special THANKS to the Strikers and Bulldogs for all of your help and hard work!!!
