Registration for the Spring 2010 Intramural Season is open.
Our co-ed teams are for Under 4 through Under 8 aged kids. Our program consists of at least one practice and game per week. Some coaches choose to practice twice a week if their time permits. We also have players from local professional teams provide clinics and coach training during the season. Practices will start on or about March 1st. Based on the number and age of children registered, we will assign your child to a coach. Your child’s practice time will be communicated to you by your coach. Our coaches are all parent volunteers and will decide on the practice schedule. Team games will be held on Sundays. We normally have from 4 to 8 teams in each age bracket.
If you are interested in coaching a team, be sure and indicate that in the correct space on the registration form.
Kids must turn 4 by July 31, 2010 to play for MRS this spring.

There are no scheduled walk up registrations. If you don’t want to register online, you may download a registration form, and mail it in with a check or money order.
There is no formal registration for County aged soccer players (ages 8 and up). See our article below for details on Spring County soccer.
Those too young to play with MRS may want to contact Soccer Tots in Millersville (Benfield Rd at Interstate 97)
Their season begins March 15.

We do ask our parents to provide their child with a size 3 soccer ball, cleats and shin guards. The cleats are optional, but do help prevent slipping on the field. You can usually find package deals at The Sports Authority, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Modells, and/or WalMart.
